Pretty Ravens – “BLACKOUT” (Audio)
Pretty Ravens is comprised of three musicians from completely different influential background and walks of life,Stirling Snow, Steve Forbush and Jose Urmeneta crossed paths in the local Nashville TN music scene.
The trio shared a stage for the first time on a hot summer night in Bowling Green, Kentucky and soon after they were inseparable.
Their first LP “blue skies and broken hearts” was released in 2013 and their latest follow up “everything is ending” is creating quite the buzz. Their songs range in various styles, from rock, alternative and pop to more extravagant genres to be tackled on by a trio, such as r&b, and Latin grooves. No matter what beat is behind their songs, the catchy chorus and melodies are always there to be found. The latest single “blackout” is a powerpop/rock song that deals with pressures of everyday life and how easy it is to come spiraling down. And man, it’s a long way down.
