Ode to 97 – Chevy’s Chariots

Australian based artist Brandon Pinel, a.k.a. ODE TO 97, has formed Departure Lounge, not only as a medium for his own creative outlet, but as a label open to submissions pioneering original, new sounds, with a nostalgia driven premise. ODE TO 97’s style generally covers this eclectic mix, with his projects focusing on the deeper, atmospheric realms of house as well as the occasional disco floor mover. This track, “Chevy’s Chariot’s”, intends to cover the latter theme, inaugurating the artist and label.
