X Li taps into his softer side with his new single “Congress”: a prelude to his first upcoming EP. Unlike X Li’s previous songs, which have been much more upbeat and flashier, Congress takes on an emotional theme describing feelings of love, sadness, and loss; A theme we can expect to see in his upcoming EP as X Li uses Congress as the beginning point of describing what his life has become since his first single “Luxury Pain”. Congress marks the beginning of a new X Li, one that has been humbled by loss, and is a farewell to the X Li that we have come to known and welcoming to an improved X Li.
