Compound – Locked Up ft. El Hitta

Compound is a Sicilian and Irish rapper that grew up around the corner from a little hood in Madison, WI. He is a product of a father that was a hustler and a mother who was a secretary. However, coming from a broken home, Compound spent a lot of his childhood traveling with his father to many places across the country like Chicago and Harlem, NY. Musically, Compound’s influences range across many different genres. Having gotten his start writing for other people and not finding much success in that route, Compound began to A&R sessions, songs, and projects with some of your favorite rappers. After working with platinum producers and Grammy award winning songwriters doing development for artists on several different labels and publishing companies, Compound started learning the music business and making his own records.
